CAREMENT — owned and operated by E.T.F Import and Export Plc — is a fast-growing Ethiopian apparel manufacturing and retail brand dedicated to creating quality, stylish, and affordable garments for today's dynamic market.

From concept to final product, ETF designs, manufactures, and markets fashion and casual wear that combines comfort, quality, and originality. Our mission is to design and deliver reliable, stylish, and ethically produced apparel that empowers people — especially youth and women — through sustainable employment, fair wages, and skill development.

We are committed to producing high-quality garments that capture modern lifestyle trends while driving growth and innovation within Ethiopia's fashion and manufacturing sectors. Every garment we produce reflects respect for workers, customers, and the environment.

2010 — Humble Beginnings

Founded by Mr. Ephrem Tesfaye

Carement started in a small shade with just five dedicated team members, driven by a big ambition to create stylish, quality garments for Ethiopia.

2012 — First Expansion

Scaling Up Production

With growing demand, Carement moved into a larger government-provided facility, marking the first step toward scaling production capacity.

2024 — A New Chapter

Purpose-Built Production Facility

Carement proudly established its own modern production facility — a purpose-built building that reflects the brand's growth and long-term vision.

2025 — Brand Inauguration

Official Launch of Carement Fashion

The official launch of Carement Fashion as a bold Ethiopian fashion brand — bringing premium knitwear to women, children, and families with style and sustainability at the core.

2025 — Retail Growth

Expanding Across Ethiopia

March 8 — Opened new shop in Mexico, Addis Ababa. June 10 — Opened in Megenagna. August — Expanded to Mekelle, Dire Dawa, Hawassa, Bahir Dar, and Dessie.
